The Chair Exhibition
About the project
This poster series was created to promote The Iconic Chair Exhibition, exploring the cultural and design significance of some of the most recognizable chairs in modern design history. Through bold typography, collage, and high-contrast graphic elements, the posters highlight the silhouettes of iconic pieces while questioning what makes a design truly iconic.
The visual system combines archival references with a contemporary graphic language, using layered textures and a limited orange, black, and white palette. The series consists of three posters designed to work both as a unified composition and as individual pieces, maintaining a strong visual presence in either format.
